Humminbird Helix 8 Chirp GPS G4N CHO

Description

The Humminbird 411340-1CHO Helix 8 Chirp MEGA DI GPS G4N CHO is a powerful fish finder and GPS unit. It features an 8" display, MEGA Down Imaging, Dual Spectrum CHIRP Sonar, and internal GPS with Humminbird Basemap.

This model, like all HELIX G4N models, comes with standard features such as AutoChart Live, Wi-Fi, and NMEA 2000. It also offers Bluetooth and Ethernet networking for compatibility with the One-Boat Network family of products from Humminbird, Minn Kota, and Cannon.

The control head-only (CHO) model is a great choice for those who want to connect to Built-in MEGA Imaging on Minn Kota trolling motors, use accessory transducer options like MEGA 360 Imaging, or share sonar data from an existing Humminbird Ethernet network.

With the help of the user-friendly menu system, operated by soft key controls, you can easily navigate through the preloaded views and reliably operate the fish finder in any conditions.

The MEGA Down Imaging technology provides unprecedented underwater clarity, with coverage down to 125 feet below your boat. It offers up to 3X more fish-finding detail than standard Down Imaging sonar.

One of the great features of this unit is the Bluetooth connectivity. You can take control right from the screen of your Humminbird, wirelessly communicate with compatible Talon and Raptor shallow water anchors, as well as Cannon Optimum downriggers. It allows for wireless software updates from the Humminbird FishSmart App and displays smartphone notifications on your Humminbird.

To expand the capabilities of the control head, it comes with NMEA 2000 networking built-in. This allows you to connect an accessory NMEA 2000 network to your control head, providing even more information about boat performance, weather, and water conditions.
