Charter Overview
Welcome aboard Blue Ice Alaska Charters! Experience a memorable day of fishing in the breathtaking waters of Alaska with our friendly crew. Captain Michael Taylor will guide you offshore to explore the abundant fishery. Choose a preferred day and join us in Seward for an unforgettable fishing trip like no other!
Your adventure will take place on a 32' Ed Wing saltwater fishing boat, equipped to accommodate up to 6 anglers. Powered by twin 200 HP Suzuki engines, you'll reach the fishing spots quickly and safely, thanks to our advanced navigation technology. The boat is also equipped with a toilet and downriggers for your convenience.
While fishing with us, you'll have the opportunity to catch Rockfish, Black Rockfish, Salmon, Halibut, and Lingcod. Our heavy tackle allows for bottom fishing, deep-sea fishing, trolling, jigging, and drifting techniques. Keep in mind that due to NOAA regulations, Halibut cannot be specifically targeted on our captain's 5-hour trips. However, if you choose our 10-hour trip, you'll have the chance to fish for Halibut, in addition to other species.
Captain Michael provides all the necessary fishing equipment including rods, reels, tackle, lures, and drinks. Just bring along some snacks and your fishing licenses, and you'll be ready for a fantastic time on the water.
If you require lodging, Captain Michael also offers bed and breakfast services. Feel free to ask for more details and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
