Charter Overview
Fish On invites you to experience Oklahoma’s lakes and enjoy a thrilling day of fishing. Captain David Clark, with over 20 years of local fishing expertise, is passionate about the sport. His excitement is contagious when encountering a school of Stripers. Witnessing all the fishing poles go down at once is an unmatched thrill.
Captain David will guide you on an adventure on Skiatook Lake aboard his 22’ Blue Wave bay boat. This vessel comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but additional arrangements can be made for families with children. Please inform the captain in advance. The boat is equipped with top-notch Humminbird and Lowrance navigation electronics, outriggers, downriggers, and a live bait tank.
The Striped Bass is a revered freshwater fish, highly sought after by anglers. There are various techniques to catch these beauties, such as using Captain David's expertly prepared live shad, casting spoons (slab), white or yellow bucktail jigs, or deep-running crankbaits. The approach depends on whether they are bottom-dwelling or schooling near the surface.
Known for their fierce fighting ability and rapid growth, Hybrids (Wipers) take sport fishing to another level. Over 9 years, they can reach weights of 18-20 pounds. These fish greatly enhance the Oklahoma ecosystem, especially in lakes abundant with shad populations.
To participate, ensure you have obtained your fishing license in advance and bring along snacks and drinks. Captain David will handle the rest. Join him for an unforgettable day you'll cherish for years to come!
