Charter Overview
Looking to experience the superb fishery of Lake Ontario? Join Get The Net Fishing Charters for an unforgettable fishing trip! Captain Lou Borrelli, a USCG Licensed Captain with 30 years of fishing expertise, is dedicated to ensuring you have the best fishing experience possible. Families are welcome, and Captain Lou takes pleasure in organizing memorable outings for all.
Lake Ontario offers a variety of fish species to catch. Trolling in the shallow parts of the lake can yield Brown and Lake Trout, allowing you to reach your limits by the end of the trip. If your goal is to chase after Salmon, the deeper waters of Lake Ontario provide plenty of Chinook honey holes to explore.
Choose between half and full day trips, and for a different adventure, evening expeditions are available. Your fishing gear is well taken care of, with well-maintained Daiwa rods, reels, and tackle provided on board. The catch will be cleaned and filleted by the captain or first mate for your convenience when you return to the dock.
On your fishing expedition, you'll be aboard a 21’ Hydrasports sport fisher, equipped with a 200 HP Evinrude engine. The spacious cockpit and wide beam of the boat provide comfort for up to 3 anglers. Navigational electronics ensure you stay on the fish's trail throughout the trip.
Even if you're not an experienced angler, a competent first mate will be there to assist you. Tips for the first mate's excellent work are always appreciated. If you're bringing little ones aged 6 and older, Captain Lou will make sure they have a fun and enjoyable experience, providing life jackets for everyone on the boat.
All you need to bring for your fishing expedition with Get The Net Fishing Charters are a fishing license, drinks, and food. Leave everything else in the capable hands of the captain and get ready for an unforgettable fishing adventure!
