Hali Hunter Charters operates a 23’ Harbercraft Kingfisher boat, well-suited for fishing in the waters on the east of Vancouver Island. It is equipped with a powerful 225 HP Yamaha outboard motor and features a range of essential electronics. The boat is also furnished with downriggers for accessing larger Salmon and an anchor for bottom fishing.
Captain Sean provides all the necessary fishing equipment, live bait, and artificial lures throughout your trip. He also offers the service of cleaning and filleting any fish you would like to take home for a delightful meal.
The crew specializes in fishing for Salmon, Halibut, Ling Cod, and Rockfish, utilizing a variety of techniques such as bottom fishing, trolling, and jigging. While fly fishing is possible, guests are required to bring their own fly fishing gear.
