Charter Overview
Welcome to my fishing trips on Lake Tahoe! To ensure availability, kindly send an inquiry for your preferred date and time before making a selection. While I strive to keep the calendar updated, there may be occasions where unblocked dates have already been booked. Thank you for your understanding!
I offer fishing trips throughout the year, with productive fishing across all seasons. Please note that trips are subject to weather conditions. If there are high forecasts of strong winds or unsafe road conditions due to snow and ice, trips will not proceed. Each trip lasts up to 4 hours, and I provide all necessary equipment. For participants aged 16 and above who wish to actively fish, a one-day fishing license is required. These licenses can be easily obtained online the night before or on the morning of the trip, ensuring favorable weather conditions. My boat is a 2018 river wild alum hull equipped with a top and heater if needed. Water, chips, and granola bars are provided for snacks.
Our primary target on the north shore of Lake Tahoe is Mackinaw, also known as Lake Trout. These trout typically range from 2 to 5 pounds in size, with the lake record standing at 37 1/2 pounds. They are highly regarded for their excellent taste! Based on the north shore, travelers from South Lake Tahoe or Reno can anticipate a 50-minute car ride. It's rare to go home empty-handed as our fishing trips are known for their bountiful catches!
Please remember to connect with me regarding your preferred date and starting time before making a booking. I will respond to your inquiry promptly, although please bear in mind that I may be out on the water and receive alerts. Once I have reviewed my calendar, I will inform you of its availability.
Thank you, Captain Brad
