Capt. Jed offers a variety of guided fishing trips throughout the year. You can enjoy fishing from the boat during spring, summer, and fall, and even on frozen lakes during winter. Take a look at his profile to discover the perfect trip for you.
For an enjoyable fishing experience, come aboard his 19’ Lund boat. It is equipped with comfortable seating, high-quality rods and reels, a Minkotta trolling motor, chart plotter, and a reliable sonar system. The boat can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Your fishing adventure will take place at Boyd Lake within Boyd Lake State Park, located in Loveland, Colorado. Depending on the season and your preferred technique, you may engage in trolling, casting, or jigging. Rainbow Trout, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, White Bass, and Walleye are commonly targeted species during these trips.
Captain Jed will provide you with rods, reels, lures, and live bait. You will need to purchase your fishing license and bring your own food and drinks for the day.
NoCo Fishing recommends afternoon PM trips in April and morning AM trips from June to September. For May, October, and November, both morning AM and afternoon PM trips are highly recommended.
