Looking to embark on an offshore fishing adventure along the spectacular Oregon Coast? Look no further than Prospector's Fishing Adventures! Our thrilling offshore trips guarantee an experience of a lifetime. From battling monstrous Halibut and Tuna to reeling in delicious Lingcod, various Rockfish species, Salmon, and mouthwatering Dungeness Crab, we have it all!

Based at the South Beach Marina in Newport Oregon, we also offer trips from Depoe Bay, Coos Bay, and other Oregon ports, depending on weather conditions and the best fishing spots at any given time. Our trips range from a 5-hour Rockfish excursion to a 12-hour Tuna tour, with 10-hour Halibut trips available as well. Every trip can be tailored to maximize your fishing adventure, and Crabbing can be added for an extra fee (excluding Tuna trips).

Captain Lyle will kick off your fishing adventure with a safety briefing aboard our specially constructed 30-foot North River Offshore boat. Designed specifically for navigating the offshore waters of the Oregon Coast, our boat boasts twin Yamaha 200hp outboard engines, an enclosed cab for shelter, and a marine head for your convenience. Equipped with two state-of-the-art depth sounders/fish finders, three VHF radios, radar, and an autopilot, the Prospector can reach speeds of up to 45 knots as we head towards our fishing destinations. With a maximum capacity of six anglers (four on Tuna trips), you can rest assured that you'll have plenty of room to fish comfortably.

To further enhance your experience, we provide all the necessary fishing gear, including rods, reels, terminal tackle, and bait. Whether trolling for Salmon or Tuna, we utilize Downriggers and Outriggers to optimize your chances of catching a prize-worthy fish.

All you need to bring is an Oregon fishing license, an angling tag (if targeting Halibut or Salmon), a shellfish license (for Crabbing), and your choice of drinks and snacks. Let us take care of the rest as you make the most of your time on the water!
