Experience the best inshore fishing in Key West with SIC DNA Sportfishing. Our guided trips take you to the beautiful backcountry and flats of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Conveniently located at Oceans Edge Resort and Marina, one of Key West's premier resorts, Captain Dave Irwin, a third-generation commercial fisherman and guide, will ensure you have an enjoyable and productive day on the water.
Your fishing adventure begins aboard a brand new 2023 Pathfinder 2500 equipped with a 2nd station/tower. Powered by a 350 HP Mercury outboard engine, this vessel has a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. With top-of-the-line navigation, communication, and fishfinding electronics, safety equipment, and a JL Audio system, our boat is fully equipped for a fantastic day of fishing.
Captains Dave and Jamie Irwin specialize in various styles of backcountry fishing and welcome anglers of all skill levels. From beginners to pros, they adapt to each client's needs and goals. We only use the best tackle, gear, and equipment, partnering with reputable brands like Van Staal, Hatch Outdoors, Biscayne Rod Company, and Thomas & Thomas.
Key West is renowned for its diverse fish species and unique fishing grounds. Fish around the mangrove islands for Mangrove Snapper, Goliath Grouper, Barracuda, Tarpon, Redfish, Snook, and Shark. Or try your luck in the backcountry channels for Tarpon, Permit, Cobia, Goliath Grouper, and Shark.
When you book a trip with us, your fishing license, live bait, bottled water, and catch cleaning are all included in the price. Just bring along your own food, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), and polarized sunglasses, and get ready for your unforgettable fishing adventure. - Half-Day Trip (AM) (Up to 4 people): $750 for the group + $50 per guest after 2 (4 hours)
