Charter Overview
Experience an unforgettable fishing adventure at Catalina Island with FinnCo Charters! Choose between exploring the front side of the island for a tranquil experience or embark on backside trips for an exhilarating adventure.
Fish from a spacious 30’ Proline walk around boat, reaching the island in just over an hour, depending on conditions. Our boat is equipped with a full range of electronics including a chartplotter, fish finder (sonar), and radar for less ideal conditions. Stay entertained with the Bluetooth stereo system that easily connects to your favorite tunes.
Our boat comes loaded with 2 scoops of live fin bait, ensuring you have plenty of bait for the whole day. Some trips may also include a bucket of frozen sardines for chum and frozen squid for bottom dwellers. Fish cleaning service is not standard, allowing more time for fishing. However, we provide a large cooler with ice to preserve your catch.
Captain Finn offers 2 types of Catalina trips, with mid-week discounts and weekend/holiday rates. If you have concerns about the 30-mile offshore trip, reach out to the captain for guidance on selecting the right day and accessing the marine forecast for your fishing date.
Our boat is equipped with tackle available for use. Our gear is loaded with braided line and fluorocarbon, and majority of reels are levelwind bait casters, ideal for fly lining and targeting pelagic species. You are welcome to bring your own rods or use the crew’s rods (up to two personal rods per customer, unless pre-authorized). With ample space on board, we can accommodate up to 16 rods.
Sodas and water are included in the price, and you are also allowed to bring your own drinks, limited to one medium-sized soft cooler per angler (only cans and plastic containers). Don't forget to purchase your fishing license before your trip.
Plan your adventure to Catalina Island with FinnCo Charters today and create memories that will last a lifetime.
