Charter Overview
If you're looking for an amazing fishing experience in the Virgin Islands, Virgin Islands Sportfishing is your ideal choice. Departing from either St. Thomas or St. John, our trips offer an unforgettable adventure.
Depending on the season, you'll have the opportunity to catch a variety of fish, including Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Yellowtail Snapper, Red Grouper, Gray Triggerfish, Sailfish, Marlin, and more. Our fishing techniques include spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, and specialized methods specific to this area.
You'll even get to keep some of the fish you catch. On half-day trips, you can keep up to twenty pounds, and on 3/4 and full-day trips, you can keep up to thirty pounds. We also offer catch cleaning services so you can enjoy your fresh catch later. It doesn't get any fresher than that!
Our 32' Saltwater fishing boat can accommodate up to six passengers and is equipped with outriggers, downriggers, and all the necessary fishing essentials. Captain Eric will provide you with rods, reels, and lures. Live bait is also available, so make sure to inquire in advance if you'd like to catch it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day will be covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up and get ready for a great time. Just keep in mind that certain fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons, so it's best to consult your captain for more information. And don't forget to bring your sunglasses, non-spray sunscreen, and snacks. We'll have club soda, water, and ice on board, but feel free to bring your own drinks too.
Treat yourself to an incredible day on the water with Virgin Islands Sportfishing! Book your trip now.
