Charter Overview
Join Captain James Bland and Wild Child Charters for an unforgettable day on the water in Taylor County, FL. Capt. James offers year-round offshore and Scallop trips that are perfect for the whole family. No fishing experience is necessary, as all ages are welcome aboard.
Step aboard Capt. James' 26' Twin Vee center console, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. A cooler is available on board to keep your beverages cold, but feel free to bring your own. This is especially convenient if you plan to keep any of the catch.
During your fishing trip, you'll venture offshore in search of a variety of species such as Snapper (including the coveted Red Snapper when in season) and Grouper. Additionally, you might have the opportunity to hook into exciting fish like Spanish and King Mackerel. Snorkeling is also a popular activity, especially for kids. Remember to bring your own snorkeling masks or let the captain provide them for an additional fee.
Fishing equipment will be provided, and the captain ensures you have access to fresh water. All you need to bring are your snacks for the day, and you're ready for an incredible adventure.
Capt. James has turned his lifelong dream of becoming a professional fishing guide into a reality. Witnessing others experience the joy of fishing brings him greater happiness than catching fish himself. He particularly enjoys introducing beginners to the world of fishing and welcomes everyone with open arms.
When you're ready to embark on a thrilling fishing or scalloping excursion, Capt. James looks forward to meeting you at the dock.
