It is not the type of Paddle to be used as an Oar and should not be purchased for that activity. "IT WILL NOT LAST", If That is what You are Looking for then Buy an OAR !!!

So do I get two paddles or do I need to actually buy 2 of this item? Buy two.

Just got these paddles for a birthday gift and can't wait to get out on the water. My question is, do they float? They are wooden paddles. Yes, they float.
