Does the kayak come with paddles? No - you must buy paddles separately. Is the kayak pre-drilled for a rudder system? Yes, there are 6 screws in place in the stern. 4 in the very back (facing out), 2 on top with a debossed plastic area for a mount. I would assume it's specific to an Old Towne rudder system, however.
