Setting up the Beach LT is a breeze. In less than 5 minutes, you can have your kayak ready to go. Thanks to Oru's origami-inspired foldable structure, you won't waste time with complicated assembly or struggle to transport a bulky kayak.
Not only is the Beach LT easy to set up and transport, but it's also sleek, durable, and reliable. Oru Kayaks are made from 5 mm double-layered, custom-extruded polypropylene, making them incredibly puncture and abrasion-resistant. You can trust that your kayak will last for many adventures to come.
The Starter Bundle includes all the essentials to enhance your kayak experience. The Oru Paddle features a fiberglass shaft and tough ABS plastic blades, and it breaks down into four pieces for easy storage. The Oru Pack is made of rugged heavy-duty nylon and comes with a comfortable shoulder and hip strap system. Additionally, the bundle includes Float Bags made of abrasion and puncture-resistant coated nylon and a 24 oz Water Bottle with double-wall insulation.
When it comes to specifications, the Beach LT is lightweight and compact. Weighing only 25 lbs, it's half the weight of a traditional kayak. When folded down, it fits into an unbelievably compact box measuring 33" x 12" x 29". The cockpit size is 24" x 69", and it has a maximum capacity of 300 lbs. The maximum recommended paddler height is 6'6".
