The design assures that the paddle does not twist while being used when your hands are wet/slippery. These paddles are very well designed and constructed, lightweight, and extremely effective in the water. I purchased two pairs of this model. The Amazon price I received could NOT be beat at any local retailer.
3. The paddle that showed up does not have the BENDING BRANCHES graphics. Are they selling a knock-off version? Not that I know of.
4. Is this a high-angle paddle? I have a low-angle paddle for touring, but I want something a little more aggressive.
