Envi MIPS Helmet
The Envi MIPS Helmet from Giro is not only one of their lightest helmets, it also incorporates their groundbreaking Spherical technology powered by MIPS. MIPS has revolutionized helmet safety with its slip-plane liner that rotates independently to absorb angular impacts. The Envi MIPS takes this technology to the next level by opting for two layers of foam instead of a plastic liner.
The foam layers in the Envi MIPS Helmet utilize a innovative ball-and-socket design to provide the same benefits as the original MIPS design, but without the uncomfortable plastic liner. This design offers versatile impact absorption for both high- and low-speed impacts.
In addition to being safer, the Envi MIPS Helmet is also lighter and more breathable thanks to the the Spherical technology. Giro has also added a Polartec lining to enhance breathability and manage moisture effectively. To further enhance comfort, the helmet features stacked vents that can be easily adjusted with a Thermostat Control switch.
For colder conditions, the helmet comes with plush ear pads to provide warmth. These ear pads can be removed when the temperature rises. The Envi MIPS Helmet also features the In Form 2 Fit System, which allows for easy and secure adjustments with its glove-friendly dial and magnetic chin strap buckle.
Compatibility is another highlight of the Envi MIPS Helmet. It is compatible with Giro's audio systems by Outdoor Tech, allowing you to enjoy music or take calls while on the slopes. The helmet is seamlessly compatible with all Giro goggles.
