If you order it with foam it does. When you place your order there is an option “with or without foam”. Order it with foam and it floats, otherwise it is just a fishing vest.
The sizing is somewhat vague, I would need a xxxl vest as I'm about 255 lbs and 6'2" is there anyone close to my size that could tell me if it adjusts
First I’m nowhere near your size. However, the vest is adjustable. I’m not sure it would adjust that much though.
