Kids wetsuit for surfing, scuba diving, canoeing, paddle-boarding, wind-surfing, kids kayak, a day of beach fun, or engaging in specific water sports. Flat-lock stitching provides optimal comfort.

This wetsuit for kids preserves body warmth in water temps 68°F and above. Protect your children from cuts, abrasions, jellyfish, other pointy things and harmful UV. This wetsuit is UPF 50+.

This long sleeve full wet suit for kids is made with 2.5 mm neoprene, providing an optimal balance between protection and flexibility. If the material is too thick, it will be challenging to move in. On the other hand, if the material is too thin, protection will be compromised.

What size should i buy for 7 year old

I went size up in case of growth i would get size 8 for 7 year old

Is it too warm for hot Texas weather?

Na its perfect. Its very thin, like 1 mml thick. For Pacific Ocean is kinda thin but for a lake or swimming pool in a hot weather is fine

Would it be too warm to wear for summer?

I don’t think so !! Ours is thin not thick.

Does the suit provide uv protection by having a spf rating?

There is no spf rating on any of the tags, but my research stated neoprene prevents sunburn of the skin it is covering in as thin as 1mm neoprene and this suit is 2.5mm

Things we like

  • Striking the ideal mix between rigidity and adaptability
  • Offer superior protection against the sun and serve as a barrier against abrasions and jellyfish.
  • A more extended pull tab that makes wearing more simpler.
  • Unisex design available in your pick of one of three colors

Things we don't like

  • The zipper seems made of cheap material and won't hold up for very long.
  • It might take some time before the children get used to the constricting fit.
