It has EVA foam pads, paddleboard leash attachment loop, and (2) injection molded retractable fins with shock cord straps. It comes in Red with an adjustable stand-up fiberglass paddle (black). 5-year limited warranty. The Lifetime freestyle XL paddleboard provides great stability and tracking in both surf and flat water. The EVA deck covering provides increased traction, and the two retractable fins give the paddleboard increased performance in diverse water conditions. The board also comes with shock cord straps to help secure loose items. Constructed of UV-protected high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the freestyle XL paddleboard is strong, durable and fade resistant. An adjustable stand-up paddle with a fiberglass shaft and a nylon blade is included.

The label on the board says 220 pounds but it can hold a little more bc me (150 pounds) and my boyfriend (160 pounds) got on it together and it worked just fine.

It's supposed to but I wouldn't know for sure because I haven't received the paddle board yet. I ordered it may 19 and it's still not here June 5th. If you want this item before summer is over don't waste your time or money. It says 5-7 day delivery but that's a lie. I've called both the delivery company and Amazon and both just say it's on it's way.
