The Refillable Airbag System Cartridge by Mammut is an essential component for your avalanche safety gear. It is compatible with Mammut RAS (Removable Airbag System), Protection Airbag System, and older Snowpulse avalanche airbags.
Once you have filled the empty cartridge to a pressure of 3000PSI and installed it into your airbag system, you are ready to face the backcountry with confidence. In the event of an avalanche, the buoyant airbag will help keep you on the surface, increasing your chances of survival.
With durability in mind, this cartridge comes with a valve protector. Additionally, you can easily monitor the filling pressure using the integrated pressure gauge.
Please note that the cartridge needs to be refilled after each use. Ensure to visit an authorized refill center for this important step.
