Description

NeoSport Men's Premium Neoprene 7mm Waterman John Wetsuit is a durable wetsuit designed for rugged environments such as commercial fishing, boat cleaning, dock launching, and waterway clean-up. It can be worn alone or paired up with the matching Step-In Jacket sold separately. When worn together, the wetsuit overlaps at the torso, providing double warmth at 14mm.

This wetsuit is manufactured by SCUBA wetsuit legends, Henderson USA, ensuring its durability. It features sealed seams to prevent cold water from trickling in and an easy front-zip entry for convenience. Additionally, it comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.

Constructed with premium neoprene, the wetsuit offers a soft and comfortable fit. It is suitable for diving, snorkeling, scuba, wakeboarding, kayaking, canoeing, and other water sports. The spot-taped stress points and flat lock seams provide a smooth interior and exterior surface, enhancing both comfort and durability.

The wetsuit also features diamond plate knee pads and a trident Waterman logo, making it comfortable and suitable for various water-related activities. It includes an internal key pocket, flat lock seams, and lycra trimmed wrist and ankle seals for added convenience.

Now, let's address some commonly asked questions:

Q: I'm 5.6 feet and around 160 pounds - What size do I need?

A: My son is 5.8 and 145 lbs. We got him a medium and it fit him perfectly. Despite having large legs due to being a cyclist/weightlifter, the medium size still worked well for him.

Q: I'm 5'10, 229 lbs, 40" waist, 30" inseam, and 48-50" chest. What size do I need?

A: I'm 5'7" 230 lbs, 38-40 waist, 30" inseam. I bought an XXL because I'm bigger in the middle. It's a little long in the legs and arms for me, but since you're 5'10, it should fit you perfectly lengthwise.

Q: I am 6'6, 165 lbs. What size should I get?

A: Because you are very tall, your weight may impact the size chart. According to weight, a medium size may be recommended. However, that size is meant for someone up to 5'11". Due to your height, the suit may be too short through the torso and legs. It's best to measure your chest and waist in addition to using your height and weight for a more accurate size selection. Considering your build and the level of stretch in this suit, it may not be the best option for you. You can try looking for suits that come in specialty sizes or have a higher level of stretch for a better fit.

Q: I'm 5'11, 203 lbs, 42 chest, & 37 waist. Would a large or XL be a better fit?

A: It is recommended to get the XL size as it will likely provide a better fit for your use. Moreover, the price is great for the quality of this suit, making it the best suit you've owned over the years.

Things we like

  • Extraordinary wall thickness designed to guard against hazardous circumstances
  • Knee pads with additional support and padding for comfort
  • A convenient key holder is located on the inside.
  • Seams should be spot-taped to increase their durability at stress locations.

Things we don't like

  • Although robust, the flatlock seams might be slightly itchy when worn on naked skin.
  • Consequently, it is essential to use it with a neoprene paddling jacket to provide full-body protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

im 5.6 feet and around 160 pound - What size do I need?

5'10, 229#, 40" waist, 30" inseam. 48-50" chest. What size do i need?

I'm 5'7" 230lbs 38-40 waist 30" inseam. I bought a XXL because I'm bigger in the middle. Its a little long for me in the legs and arms, but since your 5'10 it should fit you perfect length wise.

I am 6’6 165lbs what size should I get?

Because you are so tall, it will skew your weight and thus placement on the size chart. According to weight, you'd be a size Medium. However that is only meant for someone up to 5'11". Height is generally ±2" but I think you'll find it's too short through the torso and legs. In order to get an accurate size, you'll want to measure your chest and waist in addition to using your height and weight. All of that said, I don't think this suit is going to be a good option for you given your build and the level of stretch in this suit. Consider this one which has a much higher level of stretch: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B002OF0HYI/?seller=A9GAOFLKQ45RZ --------- Or look for a suit that comes in specialty sizes such as Medium Long, Large Long or Large Tall and has a much higher level of stretch. Unfortunately, I don't know of any John's that come in specialty sizes but these suits will be much better suited to your body type:MT: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B07BBHKTJP/?seller=A9GAOFLKQ45RZML: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0741NC714/?seller=A9GAOFLKQ45RZMT: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0741QNQ45/?seller=A9GAOFLKQ45RZFeel free to message us with additional questions.
