A: The Universal paddle will be 230cm in length.

Q: Is the shaft supposed to be two different color blues? I have the left side which is like a royal blue and the right is more like a light blue.

A: No. It sounds like the aluminum tubes were anodized in two separate batches and then mixed by mistake. If you would like to exchange your paddle for one with more consistent coloring, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing claims@kayaker.com or calling 888-525-2925.

Q: Can the handles be adjusted for rotation during paddling - so the blades are perpendicular to each other?

A: Yes, they can. There is a silver button mid-handle. Also, there some holes mid-handle to accommodate the silver button. Compress the button and spin the handle in order to align the paddles. I hope this helps? R. A. Reyes
