What size is the allen wrench/key? Need 5mm with hole in center.

yes it is an allen key with hole in center. Works for Rhino rack
Is that the torque key?
It is not a torque key. Be mindful though. It is a special key specifically for rhino hex screws. It has a hole in the center of the key so you can’t just use any hex key to remove the screw.
