01Is there a way to order an extra “Cinching lanyard”?+
Not sure. I secured a stainless ring to a cleat to let the boat be stationary but move with the waves. I then tied the lanyard to the cleat as well.
02I have an older style with no metal tip and shorter and it split at the end is there any kind of warranty on these?+

Not very, I swapped mine out with a dock line and added a crab trap float in case I drop it overboard. This stick anchor is awesome. I use it mostly to hold my center console at the sandbar
