What is the size of the propeller? - I don’t know because I did not receive the whole propeller drive mechanism at all.

Can you upgrade the prop? - If this item would have been delivered; I might have been able to answer your question. This was my first experience of ordering from you and I'm still waiting for delivery! Not Good Service. What this tells me is you are selling merchandise that is not Safe and controllable. Why did you ask this question and should I ship it back immediately?

Is the gear in the drive plastic? - Not sure, only know that it is ABS plastic with stainless steel components.
