Yes it does come with an adjustable paddle BUT if I were you, depending on where you live, if there is a Dick's sporting goods store around or maybe an Academy I would go there to get it!! Shipping is crazy compared to going to the stores to get it!! Plus you will be able to really get a good look at the board before you buy it!! I wish I would have thought to do that!!
There are no hooks, also you need great balance for this board. It actually takes on water if you weigh more than 140lbs.
It is not a blow up. I would not recommend this for anyone that weighs more than 180 lbs.
My husband weighs 200 and rides well on it.
