Driftsun Almanor Inflatable Kayak + Paddles, Pump

Description

The Driftsun Almanor Inflatable Recreational Touring Kayak is a versatile and durable kayak designed for touring and recreational use. Its long waterline provides speed and long glides, making it ideal for distance paddling on flat water and mild ocean chop. The hull is made with rugged 600d polyester for long-life fun and UV protection. It uses industry-best 24 gauge air bladders and features reinforced layered PVC construction.

One of the standout features of this kayak is the EVA padded high back seats. These seats provide a high level of cushion and support, ensuring a comfortable paddling experience. They can also be adjusted for various seating positions, accommodating different paddlers. The kayak also comes with a removable skeg, which improves directional stability and helps you paddle in a straight line.

The Almanor Kayak includes several accessories to enhance your kayaking experience. It comes with two adjustable EVA padded seats with high back support, two dual blade kayak paddles, a child seat, a deluxe dual action pump, a quick-release fin, two footrests, and a travel bag. The travel bag is particularly convenient, as the kayak is inflatable and can be easily transported and inflated in remote areas. Inflating the kayak to its full size takes less than 10 minutes, and it weighs only 36 lbs.

The Almanor Kayak also features sure-lock valves for easy inflation and deflation, integrated splash guards with bungee storage, and paddle parks for securing your paddles when not in use.

The Driftsun Almanor Inflatable Kayak is 14.5 feet long and 40 inches wide when inflated, and it can support a weight capacity of 600 lbs. When deflated, it measures 24.5 inches x 21 inches x 10 inches and weighs 33 lbs. The kayak comes with a user manual, but please note that there is a misprint regarding inflation pressure. The correct inflation pressure is: 1 PSI for the floor and 2 PSI for the sides.

We understand that there have been some confusion regarding the inflation instructions. The kayak side should be inflated to 2 PSI, and the floor should be inflated to 1 PSI, as stated on the tags attached to the inflation valves. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

One of the frequently asked questions is about the pump. The kayak comes with a manual pump included. However, you can also purchase an electric pump as long as it has a PSI reading.

We have received feedback regarding returns. Unfortunately, this product cannot be returned once purchased. We apologize for any disappointment caused.

Frequently Asked Questions

Inflation instructions confusing. stamped on kayak side 2 psi, floor 1 psi. written instructions and q&a indicate side 1 psi, floor 2 psi??

Good question, had to return my first one because side fabric split. Had inflated sides to 2psi according to tags on Boston valves. Didn’t notice that instructions on kayak details say the opposite. Maybe that’s why the side fabric split. Anyone else have this problem?

Instructions are confusing. What pressure is side bladder and which for floor?

As mentioned in other answers, the manual and the printed instructions on the boat are contradictory. How do you mess that up?We use the instructions on the boat itself: floor 1PSI, sides 2PSI. Wonder if the seller that answered is actually sure of what they're talking about.

is the pump electric or manual?

The kayak comes with a manual pump included but you can purchase an electric pump as long as it has a PSI reading!

My husband didnt like his gift...How I can return it?

You cannot.
