Can I use a thru hull transducer with this model?
A friend of mine tried, with poor results. The ratings were erratic end it showed fish where there were none. The transducer that comes with it is fairly small, great quality, and very sensitive. The wire is plenty long I have a 24 foot Wellcraft I had enough wire a head to roll up the excess.I don’t like drilling into my hole, a attached it with construction gorilla adhesive it works great.

Yes, this model (410200-1) does allow you to turn on/off fish symbols (Fish ID+)When Fish ID+ is turned on, fish symbols will be shown on the Sonar View. The color of the fish symbols indicates the sonar beam location, and the fish depth is shown above the symbol.When Fish ID+ is turned off, the control head shows only the raw sonar returns on the display.1. What type of cable is used to power the 400210, i have a kayak wired for trolling motor but my extrs plug outlet is usb slot
It has wires that you can put a connector on to go directly to your batteries or you could apply another type connector. I assume you could wire a USB connector but it doesn’t come with one.
