Gee, I don't know; pretty high. Load from a ladder? You may also need one of Rhino's adapting hardware kits to lock the J-cradle(s) into your existing racks.You can always try the J-cradle(s) and return if it/they don't work for you. I think I paid $10 or $20 for return shipping, but otherwise I was completely refunded.
I think it would. My cross bars has oval cross section and it fits well.
