The Folding J Style Kayak Carrier is designed to transport your kayak or canoe on the side to save space allowing for a second watercraft to be mounted on the other side of your roof racks dependant on the length of your crossbars. The space saving design enables you to mount other accessories such as a luggage carrier to transport extra gear. The design also includes a cradle for carrying paddles. The Universal fitment allows the S512 to be compatible with all current roof rack systems with specific fitting kits. Includes convenient built in paddle holders with rubber straps on the backside, plus 2 bow & stern straps for added security. 03Will this work on a Elevate truck rack system?+
Gee, I don't know; pretty high. Load from a ladder? You may also need one of Rhino's adapting hardware kits to lock the J-cradle(s) into your existing racks.You can always try the J-cradle(s) and return if it/they don't work for you. I think I paid $10 or $20 for return shipping, but otherwise I was completely refunded.
04Will this work for a Subaru outback with built in cross bars?+
I think it would. My cross bars has oval cross section and it fits well.
