Yes. This lift an allow you to do this.
02I have a 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with original mopar cross beam racks. Do I need to buy a separate rack to attach the kayak lifter to?+
You will still need the Rhino Rack Vortex crossbars, however with these you should be able to use the Nautic Lifter.
03Can I use it on a sit-in kayak?+
