Where can you attach a safety flag?
It has a rod holder. That may do ok for a flag. There is also a rope around it.
How do you deflate it?
Open 2nd valve. It has one to fill and a 2nd one (together) to deflate.
How durable is the outside bottom? Many large mussel shells protrude from banks and landings. Will they rip bottom?
Very likely would. Bottom is fairly durable, made of rubberized nylon. But I could see shells cutting it.
Does this come with a certificate of origin ?
