Why We Like The Vans Suede Sk8-Hi MTE-1 Shoe
Vans is the go-to sneaker for many, but during the winter, the skate shoes can leave our feet cold, wet, and uncomfortable. But with the Sk8-HI MTE-1 Suede Shoe, this is no longer the case. Not only is this Sk8-Hi insulated to boost warmth in cold weather, but its suede upper is also treated to repel rain and wrapped with a rubber guard that keeps slushy splashes at bay. Underfoot, the skate-ready waffle rubber has been flipped, creating generous lugs that grip slippery sidewalks as well as they grip our decks.
Details
Classic skate-style sneakers made to take on the wild. Suede uppers are tough, comfortable, and ultimately stylish. DWR coating repels moisture from light rain and snow. Zonal Primaloft mimics down to insulate sensitive areas. HydroGuard Wrap protects the foot against splashing puddles. UltraCush footbed cushions each step for longer-lasting adventures. Rubber sole with reverse-waffle lugs for tire-like traction.
