How long is this pole , the description says 4-6 foot? Description says 4 feet 6 inches.

Does this one fold up and store in the bag? Be careful. One folds up and a different one does not. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong one the first time.

Does it strobe? No, it is a steady white light. That is the type required by law for power boats.

So the light is white and only the cone part? None of the orange part? Your statement on that point is correct. White light on top not though the orange.
