The voltage charging of the Rechargeable modle is 5V, and it just for the batteries charging. The voltage of Not-Rechargeable one is 12V when it is working. Please pay attention, Rechargeable model under low battery power, can use 12V DC car cord as the Not-Rechargeable model. If the voltage are too high, the fuse will be burned and the pump will be damaged; if the voltage are too low, the power is not enough to inflate your board and can't auto up to high pressure stage from the low pressure stage(You need to manually press the switch button to get it to work again when it stops). 4. When the cigarette lighter is running, the battery in the LED screen indicates that the Unit has gained power to work, not the state of charging. 5. Our Units are not equipped with voltage converters/adapters, please observe the instructions carefully. 6. 12V DC car power use directly to pump; 7. Pump your board after above 5 hours power charging with the USB cable in 5V voltage inputting.

Will this product burn the car fuse during use? Under normal circumstances, APPFULL and APPFULL PRO will not burn the fuse, because the product itself uses a 15A fuse. But you need to pay attention when using, the fuse will be burned in the following cases: 1. Do not start the car, directly connect the car cigarette lighter to use. Therefore, be sure to connect the 12VDC car connector to use it when the car is turned on. 2. The car battery is not enough and the voltage is low. Therefore, in the case of insufficient car power, please use the 12V DC car connector carefully to drive the product.

Is this portable rechargeable air pump ready to work after receiving the item? Due to transportation requirements, the battery in our product has only a small amount of power, so please fully charge it when you use it for the first time. The first charging time is about 5 hours. After fully charged, the power display is white. If it is not unplugged in time after the battery is full, continue to charge. For the protection of the battery, after a long time, the battery indicator on the display will turn red and flash. If this happens, don't worry. When this happens, please unplug the power supply, plug it back in after a few minutes, and then after about 30 minutes, the battery indicator light will turn into a fully charged state (white) again.

The charging model comes with a usb wire/cable, so what kind of usb plug/block do i need to use? Our USB wire/cable is compatible with 5V plugs/blocks. And for the first time using, 5 hours charge is necessary. APPFULL PRO(Recharge) with 2 using way, one is to use directly after fully charged, the other is to connect 12V DC car cigarette when the battery is not full but you need to use.

It says can air up to 3 sups in 30 mins on the 20 psi. does it shut down or overheat after 3? Then ask if it could or when it could air up more! A standard SUPs inflates to 20 PSI and then you'll be able to inflate 3. However inflating more than 3 is not something recommend until let it cool down about 20mins. because Overheating or overload causes motor to stop.
