If that doesn’t work out water around the valve it may be leaking. More than likely it is the pump. The design is very poor and they are aware of it. Call their customer service or reach out through Amazon. They do have excellent support
I have a 50-55 lb Australian Sheppard and I weigh about 155. We have no issues riding together. One time my 40 lb 5 year old jumped on there with us for a short ways and we were all fine as well.

I have an electric pump I haven't tried on it yet, but it took me less than 10 minutes to inflate it with the hand pump. According to the directions, you can only inflate to about 90% with an electric pump anyway, then need to switch to the hand pump to get the correct psi.

Do the inflatable paddleboards hold up to dogs riding along?
