Deep Dive
A bomber backpack built to endure week-long treks and quick alpine climbs. As the little brother of the Denali 100, the Gregory Denali 75 Backpack offers the same unbeatable performance in a lighter and more nimble option. Whether you're venturing into the backcountry or conquering the alpine, this backpack delivers durability and technical prowess.
Gregory opted for a lighter 210D nylon fabric with 420D high-density reinforcements in key areas to reduce weight. An internally laminated front panel adds puncture resistance against ice axes, crampons, and ski edges, while the 630D high-density nylon base shields the pack from the rigors of rocky terrain and travel.
The Fusion Flex Pro suspension system, composed of removable 7075 aluminum frame stays and a sewn-in framesheet, provides exceptional support and prevents gear from digging into your back. An anti-barreling tubular cross-stay ensures the pack maintains its shape under heavy loads. The high-density EVA foam padding on the shoulders, back, and hip pads ensures a comfortable fit, and the removable hip pads offer added comfort when wearing a harness.
Designed with convenience in mind, the classic top-loading design allows easy access through the top or the full-length side slash zip access point. The removable lid features a zippered pocket for small essentials, while side mesh pockets provide storage for water bottles. Dual zippered waist belt pockets offer quick access to small items like a GPS or snacks. The pack also includes an internal hydration reservoir with a tube port, enabling convenient use of a bladder. Additionally, a quick-access zippered side packet keeps your topo map within reach.
As an expedition-ready pack, the Denali 100 offers multiple options for carrying ice axes, rope, and an A-frame ski carry system.
