Will this ship with all necessary pieces to assemble it? It does but my truck rack was wider so I had buy longer bolts.

Will this fit 1.5 x 1.5 inch square roof bars? If you change the bolts that they give you to smaller ones.

Will it support the weight of two tandem kayaks weighing 83 lbs each? I believe it should, mine are about 50 lbs each and do well.

What is the maximum weight capacity that this rack can be loaded to? Not sure the capacity but it holds my kayak of 52 lbs.
