01will this work with older tule cross bars?+
The Yakima BoatLoader is not worth the money. I don't think it will work with any crossbars. Save your money and just use a tie down strap to tie between the bars. Load the front of the kayak on the strap and then push the boat onto the rack.

It comes with the wrench, it is a secutity bolt so keep the wrench safe
