The bike rack is pretty sturdy, but there are limitations when driving down bumpy roads or going over railroad tracks. The bike puts a lot of strain on the rack when going over bumps. Can this handle a 40+ lb Downhill bike? (might be 44 lbs). Weight limit is stated at 40 lbs per bike. Thanks.
