Could these be used as curtain rods?

It will be hard to thread the curtain through.. only if you are using ring or tie to hang the curtain.. mind it, it’s only 24”

Could this be used in the water? (by a 4 yr old for fun only)

They're small enough but I'm not sure how they would do in the water. mine are on my wall, but if you put an extra waterproof finish on them, they might last longer.

Where are the hooks??????! there were none!!
